Ladies and Gentlemen,

1) The first fleet of NASA of 20 interstellar spacecraft has to be ready for service within 10 years from now, even though it is emergency...

2) Expectations for the interstellar spacecraft:

a) 15 experimental research spacecraft and 5 experimental tourist spacecraft,
b) thermonuclear heating and power supply,
c) artificial gravity,
d) high-capacity solar panels,
e) off-roader capability,
f) landing and teletransportation capability,
g) shuttle bay,
h) fully self-contained life-support system,
i) space suits and escape boats
j) pre-jump-system and light cables,
k) primary interstellar propulsion with 5 speeds,
l) warp-propulsion and light-bottle propulsion,
m) brake light system,
n) space buggies and space probes,
o) interstellar positioning and guide system,
p) artificial light propulsion,
q) heat shield, protective shield and camouflage system,
r) modular construction out of propulsion unit and saucer unit (research spacecraft),
s) shell structure (saucer unit),
t) approx. 100 passengers each in own cabins...

3) Further development goals:

a) research and tourist spacecraft for approx. 1,000 and 3,000 passengers, respectively,
b) different kinds of interstellar space shuttles,
c) deep space stations for approx. 10,000 inhabitants and
d) the serial production of the above...
