As a Rolls-Royce is about altruism... (The kilometerage of the route Wien - Graz - Salzburg - Zell am See - Innsbruck - Zürich of 1019 kms can be devided by 200 kms nearly without a rest...)

Our Dream House

I had to learn that a yacht is even more secure than a super luxury first class cabin on an ocean liner like Queen Mary 2 because there are fewer people on a yacht (30 instead of 3,000)... So don't expect me onboard Queen Mary 2, I won't be there - a yacht like in the pictures below is more likely...

However it is for sure that the oceans of the Earth are created for yachting... I used to hasitate if you need artificial islands (40 kms of diameter, a 5 km runway, 10 pieces floating on the Pacific Ocean) but now I am confident that yachts are the same good...

Within the scope of my Maybach Charity 3 yachts like the below concept will be given for the best inventions based on hydrogen each year... Only for good swimmers, of course...

Less known and less wealthy people trying to become successful by Blogs or Videos on the web: HORRIBLE! That is molestation...

12 years ago I was trying to call Madonna in her Los Angeles home: "Not at home..." I was sending her letters to England: "Here is Interpol... You will not be allowed to leave Hungary if you go on like this..." Why couldn't the "elderly lady" called M. Ciccone simply throw my love-letters to the trash and why did she have to read them when she got the love-letters mistakenly?

20 years ago when you got an annoying or simply wrong telephone call you put down the receiver and you meant: "Telephone-rogue..." or "Sick..." Today it is about justice...

They understand "Broadcast yourself" literally - and that is ridiculous... The web is only for the establishment...

Maybach

Dear Diary,

The day before yesterday I suggested Maybach to support popular art... Yesterday they joined the underground...

Still I have a contract with the Daimler PLC about buying 150 Maybach cars and 100 Mercedes-Benz cars a year and a contract with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars about buying 150 Rolls-Royce cars a year... And then we are going to buy further 100 luxury cars from other companies each year, too...

I would like to say thank you to the above named car companies for their understanding of my modification of the contracts in a onesided way...

USA - A 21st Century Attitude

In our present days there is change all over the USA and the world but there is an ongoing crisis, too - obviously we need even more change...

A) We have to change our mind:

a) we are winners (free to be creative, free to cooperate and free to have a home),
b) we have got tasks (inside and outside of the U.S.) so we have to increase our consciousness of responsibility,
c) we have got a future (e.g. in terms of the sustainable economy)...

B) We have to change how we act:

d) faster reactions (everybody in the world wants to change and we have to support that),
e) getting rid of burdens (that results in new and/or more intelligent reactions),
f) better organization: an evergreen...

C) We have to change how we feel:

g) more sensitive (by giving you can have strong partners),
h) more faithful (in order to discover new values),
i) more critical (we want to build on the nation)...

Two facts to be outlined clearly:

a) We need a hydrogen infrastructure, the hydrogen business and a sustainable world economy - instead of the carbondioxyd household, the greenhouse effect and the air polution by other toxic emissions...

b) The Sultanate of Brunei is mostly about Istana-Nurul-Iman, the largest palace of the world that my wife, Berta Wolfinger-Boeing and me, Joseph de la Mikula want to protect as our love nest - the rest of the Sultanate is only a "dressing" and a "camouflage" for the building without a legal or economical importance and it used to serve to protect the palace and its owners... Of course, my wife and me are ready to give up this camouflage as it already hinders development towards the hydrogen business and even our publicity and security have changed (e.g. Europe Tower, Versailles, KY)...

Dear Diary,

I have to see in that I am not able to find a suitable personal assistant and a car driver either, despite of the good intentions from all around... It sounds childish and impossible to manage all my businesses by myself - but this seems to be my fate... Maybe this is the lifestyle of a polymath...

I guess I will have to run a little household entirely by myself... Doing house-keeping is just the right relaxation for me when I have nothing to say and if there is no home personnel around me I can be just more undisturbed when I'd like to work... This is not sad to me...
